Open Society “Yagotinsky mechanical factory” It is created on April, 1st, 1971 as experimental-production base of НПО “Sugar”. The main activity of the plant was the manufacture, on request of the departments and laboratories of the All-Union Scientific Research Institute of the Sugar Industry, of experimental and prototypes of equipment and installations, as well as the production of pilot batches and small series of equipment at the orders of the sugar plants of the NTU Agropishteproma. The number of employees at the enterprise grew in 1971 – 51 people, in 2009 – 92 people.

The first director is Kolomiyets Anatoly Viktorovich.
From the end of 1982 to May 1999 the enterprise was headed by Petruk Georgy Ivanovich.

In April 1999, Vladimir Andreevich Potelchak was elected chairman of the board (born in 1960, graduated in 1985 from the Kiev Technological Institute of the Food Industry).

Technological possibilities.

Welding production:

welded and machine-building metal structures made of carbon and alloy steels (up to 30 tons);

welded seams are made by manual arc welding in accordance with GOST 5264, semi-automatic in protective gas (carbon dioxide, argon) according to GOST 14771, automatic submerged arc;

cutting of metal on guillotine-type scissors with a width of up to 3 m and a thickness of up to 32 mm;

automatic plasma cutting machine, plasma cutting.

Forging and pressing:

forgings made of carbon and low-alloy steels manufactured by free forging on forging hammers MB-412;

bending of sheet and shaped rolled products up to 5 m long and up to 12 mm thick;

Rolling of blanks with a width of up to 4 m and a thickness of up to 40 mm;

production of screw augers up to 1200mm in diameter.
